Who are we?
ViVeTech is a Hungarian-owned IT consulting and development company that has been successfully operating since 2011, focusing on the human and the technology interaction. In line with our mission the ergonomic aspects also play a key role in the novel approach represented by our information security business unit to guarantee our added business value.
The main goal of our company is to enable our customers to consciously assess and manage their operational risks and to increase their competitiveness through the measures put in place.
At ViVeTech, we prioritize research and academic collaborations across all our areas of expertise, including information security. We like to think of ourselves as a scientific hub where we look at different aspects of human-machine interactions.
The ViVeTech Approach
The pursuit of security is a fundamental need that is as old as humanity itself, so it has a fairly well-established method for thousands of years. We feel safe when we know what is happening around us, and when we have the skills and tools to intervene in unwanted processes if necessary. That's why security is based on awareness and real-time decisions.
Over time, we've also learned that the greatest risk is usually the human factor. In other words, it's crucial to assess the human-related factors when setting up protection.
At ViveTech, we believe that ergonomically designed security systems significantly reduce the possible negative impact of accidents; and the security rules must be designed to be more burdensome to attackers than to business users. Ultimately, human-centric security measures deliver greater business value.

Chairman of the Board
Economist with international sales and marketing management experience in the field of IT security gained at domestic and multinational companies. Miklós previously worked in key account management positions and then as a business deputy CEO. He currently manages the sales and business development area of ViVeTech as the company's CEO.
Róbert Rádai
Member of the Board
Information technology engineer, project management expert. Róbert has extensive business management and consulting experience in software development, quality assurance, information security and project management at companies serving the domestic and international markets. He currently manages the consulting and development areas of ViVeTech as the company's COO.

Economist with more than 20 years of management, sales, public securities issuance, stock exchange and investor relations, and securities investments experience. István has held senior management positions at several domestic companies. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of B-FUND Real Estate and Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., CEO of Clarabot Co., Ltd., and a member of the Supervisory Board of Smart Hotel Solution Co., Ltd. and the Board of Directors of Chameleon Smart Home Plc.

Beáta Lendvai
CFO
Economist with a law degree. As the head of controlling for major domestic banks, Beáta was responsible for strategic projects and company valuations. In the management of listed banks, she developed and operated the data reporting system to the BÉT/MNB, and was responsible for investor relations.Currently, she is responsible for the management of the entire economic area of ViveTech.
Ivaylo Boiadjiyski
International Business Development Director
Ivaylo Nikolov Boiadjiyski is the new international business development and sales leader of ViveTech from 2024, after spending more than 25 years in the automotive industry, including the automotive technology sector. Ivaylo graduated as a Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia in 1996 and then worked his way up through the ranks in sales and consulting at various companies.
