After the dynamic growth of recent years, the enlargement of the service portfolio, and the achievement of future expansion goals, ViVeTech was transformed into a private limited company in April 2020. The company is 100% Hungarian-owned. Csaba Szeredy and Miklós Márton, the two founding owners have a significant shareholding in the company, but besides them, also other private investors bought shares. On 1st of September, Miklós Márton became the CEO of the company and the chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been working for the company since 2016 in a senior position.
